It is with our great pleasure to invite you to the upcoming LoCal Winter Retreat. This retreat will be held in Granlibakken in Tahoe City, California on January 13-15, 2010.

1) The retreat starts with lunch on Wednesday, January 13th @ 12P and the meeting ends with lunch on Friday, January 15th @ 12P.

2) If you choose to ride the chartered bus - departs from UCB to Granlibakken on Wednesday, January 13th by 7:30A (note: goal is to arrive by 11:30A). Stay tuned for more info.

3) LoCal pays for meals & hotel accommodation *for the participant only*

4) If you need to arrive before January 13th or depart after January 15th, please let us know and we can coordinate. UCB policy prevents us from paying for dates before or after our actual retreat dates.

5) The closest airport is the Reno/Tahoe International Airport - click here

6) LoCal provides complimentary ski lift tickets on January 14th for Alpine Meadows. We do not supply skis.
